We are seeking a Technical Coordinator (Online) to lead the coordination and delivery of e-commerce initiatives. This role acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, ensuring that online solutions are delivered on time, with high quality, and aligned with architectural, security, and scalability standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with leadership, communication, and coordination skills, and thrives in complex, multi-team digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and external vendors.

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of e-commerce initiatives, from design through deployment.

  • Ensure solutions align with architecture, scalability, performance, and security standards.

  • Oversee quality assurance, performance validation, and release governance.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across projects.

  • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and technical practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong experience coordinating digital or e-commerce platforms.

  • Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and databases.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with e-commerce and digital platforms such as:

    • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

    • commercetools

    • Alokai (or similar headless commerce platforms)

  • Experience using project and delivery tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.

Soft Skills

  • Proven leadership and coordination capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments.

  • Customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
