Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that address complex business needs. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.

Responsibilities

Design and document technical solutions that effectively meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Customize and configure Salesforce applications using workflows, Process Builder, validation rules, and security controls.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend Salesforce functionality and integrate with external systems.
Design and build Lightning components and applications using the Salesforce Lightning Framework (LWC/Aura).
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts to enhance user experience and productivity.
Conduct thorough functional and technical testing to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Perform data migration and data cleansing activities when required.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementations and integrations.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and enhancements, evaluating their applicability to the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, and Lightning components.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification is mandatory.
Proficiency with Salesforce development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce APIs.
Solid knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience working with web services and APIs (SOAP and REST).
Familiarity with integration patterns and tools for connecting Salesforce with external systems.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Fluent English is required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and distributed environment.
Experience using Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr is a plus.
