Ruby on Rails

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Engineer with a strong team-player mindset to join a long-term engagement focused on support, maintenance, and platform stability. Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance for Ruby on Rails applications

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

• Participate in version upgrades and migrations to Ruby on Rails

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams

• Ensure code quality and reliability through testing and best practices

• Maintain clear documentation and visibility of work

• Contribute to system stability and continuous improvement

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails

• Strong experience with RSpec

• Solid knowledge of MySQL

• Proficiency with Git

• Unix environment exposure (Linux / macOS)

• Experience with version upgrades and/or migration from other languages to Ruby on Rails

• Background in support and maintenance environments

• Experience with Action Cable and Hotwire

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Secrets Manager)

• Experience with Salesforce integrations

• JavaScript knowledge
