We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining test strategies, designing and executing manual test cases, and collaborating closely with Product, Development, and Support teams in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and a quality-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Design comprehensive manual test cases to maximize requirements coverage while optimizing testing effort.

Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test phases in collaboration with Product and Project teams.

Execute manual test cases, analyze results, and validate new features end-to-end.

Identify, document, and clearly report confirmed and reproducible defects, ensuring proper follow-up with Product and Development teams.

Support troubleshooting of ongoing product and project-related issues, including production incidents.

Prepare and present test exit reports and overall testing results to stakeholders.

Maintain and update the test repository, ensuring alignment with functional documentation.

Review functional requirements and lead the definition of acceptance criteria prior to testing approval.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

Collaborate with Support teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer of new features, integrations, and data flows.

Ensure that QA Community of Practice standards, tools, methodologies, and best practices are consistently applied, proposing adaptations when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
-
3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong focus on manual testing.

Proven experience validating new features and end-to-end user flows.

Demonstrated ownership of QA deliverables throughout the product lifecycle.

Experience working in Agile environments with distributed or remote teams.

Prior experience in the Clienteling domain is a strong plus.

Development background is a plus.
-
Experience in the Luxury industry is a plus.
Technical Skills

Hands-on experience testing web and/or iOS applications.

Strong ability to analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

Solid understanding of web technologies and application architectures.
Tools & Technologies

Experience testing Web Services, REST APIs, and Microservices, including tools such as Postman.

Experience with Payment Service Providers (e.g., Adyen) is a strong plus.

Experience analyzing logs and using monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, AEM client/server logs).

Experience with Git-based repositories (GitLab, Bitbucket).

Experience with Jira; knowledge of Zephyr is a plus.

Experience reviewing test coverage is a plus.
