ServiceNow Administrator/Platform Engineer

Proven experience with ServiceNow platform administration, including in-depth knowledge of core modules such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge. Demonstrated ability to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues (e.g., job failures, performance degradation), and manage patching processes within a ServiceNow environment. Experience in testing and managing platform and module upgrades for ServiceNow. Proficiency in performing root-cause analysis for failed workflows and proposing effective configuration changes. Solid understanding and experience maintaining ServiceNow integrations with external platforms like Azure, Active Directory, and Service Desk e-bonding solutions. Familiarity with managing ServiceNow vendor account lifecycle activities across production and development instances.
