Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Languages - English basic skills is sufficient. They should be able to read documents written in English and understand and have basic speaking skills, A1 to B1 level. Also one of the below languages is mandatory at min C1 level

Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Salary range
- Between EUR1500 - 1700/month (EUR1800/month for German speaker)
