Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Observability Engineer to lead a critical migration project from Dynatrace to New Relic for our client. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level monitoring solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in both Dynatrace and New Relic platforms, focusing on seamless migration of application, infrastructure, and user experience monitoring. You will be responsible for architecting and executing the transition of Dynatrace capabilities, including Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Mobile RUM, to equivalent New Relic functionalities. A strong background in synthetic monitoring, particularly with Catchpoint, is essential for ensuring comprehensive pre- and post-migration performance validation. You will also be responsible for implementing New Relic agents across diverse language tech stacks (Java, Spring Boot) and addressing major JVM-related issues.
