Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer needs and value propositions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software sales or business development (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and present complex software products.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Comfortable with travel and field sales if required.
