Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development in Thailand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a sales team, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding the companys market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform sales activities for new and renewal business for an assigned geographic area, set of accounts, or product/service line to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives. Accountable for the sales accounts for the specified geography.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organizations products and services.
  • Create and conduct sales presentations to match the companys products/services with identified needs.
  • Provide accurate forecast for new sales and renewal revenues to management.
  • Collaborate closely with principal Ansys to deliver double-digit growth in new business and acquire new logos (a minimum of 5-7 per quarter).
  • Meet new business, renewal, and services goals for the assigned territory/strategy account.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement account plans that contain strategies and action plans for maximizing account revenues.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel within Thailand and occasionally across Southeast Asia.
  • Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a plus).

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software sales to corporate, Enterprise, small and medium private companies, defense & Government.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through industry association partnership and C Level connect.

Technical & Business Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Ansys software, FEM, and CAE applications.
  • Knowledge of research funding mechanisms and grant opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
