Junior Data Analyst (Databricks, Redshift)

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and meticulous Data Analyst to join our central Data Analytics team. As a core component of our analytics division, you'll play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to chart our growth trajectory and streamline our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract data from both front-end and back-end databases.
• Scrutinize and verify any anomalies in data.
• Design intuitive dashboards employing visualization tools.
• Establish comprehensive data alert systems from inception to completion.

Essential Skills:

• Databricks (primary)
• Redshift
• SQL (with a focus on structured data)
• Data manipulation techniques
• Adaptive and quick learning ability

Desirable Skills:

• Python for data manipulation, specifically using Numpy and Pandas
• Visualization expertise with tools like Tableau or Looker
• Experience in designing and using data alert systems and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with AWS Amplitude for system monitoring
• Prior work in financial institutions or on fraud prevention projects.
