Full Stack Developer

FULLY REMOTE

As a candidate, you should be well-versed in a gamut of programming skills, from Javascript, TypeScript, Node.js, Rust, and Java, to SQL, NoSQL databases, React.js, Lightning Web Component, and more. We appreciate a developer who has a keen sense for best practices, champions automated unit and integration tests, and is adept with code versioning and background job processing.

This position is entirely remote and full-time. Given the international nature of our project teams and clients, excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements or architecture design.
• Diligently develop, test, and document code.
• Upgrade existing systems to enhance performance.
• Stay curious and swiftly adopt emerging tech trends.
• Actively promote a respectful and inclusive team culture.
• Be available remotely during US business hours.
• Utilize personal equipment, ensuring reliable internet connectivity and a quality camera/headset setup.

Specific Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Git and standard development pipeline tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in application architecture decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of back-end technologies (be it Node.js, Java, or Rust).
• Proven experience with REST-based API designs (encompassing JSON, XML, etc.).
• Familiarity with both Relational (e.g., MySql, SQL Server) and Non-relational Databases (like MongoDB).
• Know-how of DevOps/Deployment Tools (such as Ansible, Docker).
• Experience with automated testing methods (TDD, Mocking, varied levels of testing).
• Mastery over front-end technologies, including React.js, Lightning Web Component, HTML, and CSS.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving prowess.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Level: Senior

Key Aspects: Prior experience in a Team Lead or Engineering Manager capacity is essential.
