Project Manager 

Remote Brazil | Full-time | Long-term opportunity

Were partnering with a mission-driven U.S.-based organization to hire three Project Managers to join different divisions and provide critical support for cross-functional initiatives. These are execution-focused roles designed for organized, proactive professionals who thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and want to drive operational impact across multiple programs.

What youll do

As a Project Manager within Program Operations, you will:

• Coordinate and follow up on meetings, next steps, and deliverables across teams

• Support and manage cross-functional workstreams and timelines

• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and scorecards to ensure visibility and accountability

• Serve as a connector between leadership and departments to align on tasks and goals

• Help organize and drive special initiatives that dent have a defined owner

• Present insights and operational data to inform decision-making

• Navigate ambiguity and support execution in both structured and unstructured contexts

You´re a great fit if you...

• Have 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or program support
  

• Are fluent in English and comfortable communicating across all levels from executives to field staff

• Are familiar with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools 

• Are proactive and thrive when juggling multiple workstreams

• Have supported decision-makers and understand the dynamics of cross-functional collaboration

Bonus points if you...

• Have experience in nonprofits, healthcare, public sector, or similar mission-driven organizations

• Have worked in matrixed or multi-stakeholder environments

• Hold a Masters degree in Public Admin, Business, Healthcare Admin, or related fields

• Acted in a Chief of Staff style role, or supported senior leadership directly

• Understand how to drive projects without formal authority

Were not looking for Lean Six Sigma experts or formal process designers were looking for doers. People who can take direction, run with a project, and follow up to ensure things get done.
