Senior QA Automation Lead

FULLY REMOTE

Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced automated testing frameworks for web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with developers to comprehend software requirements and craft relevant test cases.
• Guide the QA team, supervise the creation and execution of automated tests, and ensure the highest standards of quality.
• Refine existing automation strategies to amplify test coverage and efficiency.
• Communicate testing progress, challenges, and risks to all relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with the DevOps unit to embed automation testing within the CI/CD process.
• Advocate for code quality and enforce coding conventions.
• Offer mentorship and direction to junior QA members to bolster team efficiency and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in software QA and testing.
• Mastery in Java, Cucumber, CI/CD, and SQL.
• Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing automated testing frameworks.
• Outstanding communication aptitude and team leadership skills.
• Capability to work synchronously with EST.
• Adept at solving complex problems and thriving under stringent deadlines.

Desired Skills:

• Acquaintance with agile software development approaches.
• Knowledge in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience in performance/load testing and API testing.
