Technical Project Manager (backout)

• Oversee multiple concurrent software development projects with an ownership mindset.
• While not a hands-on coding role, you will work closely with teams coding in React, TypeScript, and Flutter to understand project requirements and challenges.
• Actively participate in refinement, planning, and other agile ceremonies.
• Be prepared to innovate, learn, and lead in a high-paced environment, demonstrating a growth mindset and problem-solving skills at every opportunity.
• Manage relationships with outside partners, integrating their efforts seamlessly into our projects.
• Assist with other tasks to help the business grow, no task is too big or too small.

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a project management related field. Computer Science, Engineering, or related is a plus.
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record as the central role on multiple complex projects with successful delivery.
• Successfully partnered with remote development teams and managed cross-functional collaborations.
• Familiarity with software development concepts such as APIs, microservices, and agile delivery.
• Experience ensuring code quality and performance, and coordinating testing efforts.
• Experience breaking down complex work into epics and stories for consumption by development teams.
