Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive data-focused product initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, measurement, and iteration.

  • Build frameworks to set and track OKRs and KPIs throughout the data product lifecycle, ensuring data-driven accountability.

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate data-driven product decisions and optimize user experiences.

  • Work with customer data platforms (CDPs) to manage and enhance customer data, creating more personalized and targeted product experiences.

  • Manage and curate data sets to ensure reliability, accuracy, and quality across all data products.

  • Build and maintain the data infrastructure necessary for optimal performance and scalability of data products.

  • Monitor and evaluate data product performance, iterating on features and solutions to improve results continuously.

  • Lead data product initiatives that focus on creating scalable data pipelines, improving data quality, and enriching data models to support product development and decision-making.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies, industry trends, and competitive products to inform innovation and maintain a cutting-edge data product roadmap.

Required Technologies & Tools:

  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, ETL processes, data warehousing solutions and familiarity with data lake architectures.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Heap, Mixpanel).

  • Experience with A/B testing tools platforms like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar for testing product hypotheses.

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Rudderstack, Segment, or similar tools to leverage customer data for product development.

  • Proficiency in data governance, data quality management, and data modeling practices.

  • Working knowledge of cloud-native data services (e.g., AWS Lambda, GCP BigQuery).

  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
