Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on Data Science and Data Architecture tasks.
• Dive deep into Data Structures to understand nuances.
• Analyze behavioral analytics concerning reservations, distinguishing between legitimate bookings and those made by bots or brokers.
• Engage in thorough behavioral analytics.
• Scrutinize booking observations to derive actionable insights.
• Emphasize security by designing rules for backend implementation.
• Integrate data into our mobile and web app for user accessibility.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python.
• Expertise in Data Architecture.
• Strong skills in SQL, particularly MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and HTTP protocols; our system handles around 1 billion API requests weekly.
• Solid grounding in networking.
• Experience in Bot Defense strategies.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in Data Engineering.

Interview Structure:

1. Technical round centered on data architecture with a significant emphasis on SQL.
2. Technical evaluation focusing on data science, model creation, and deploying at scale.
3. Cultural compatibility assessment.

Work Time Requirements: At least 6 hours of overlap with EST, although 8 hours is highly preferable.
