Commercial Interior Construction, Inc. (CIC) is a leading provider of interior construction services for commercial properties. We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Vice President of Recruiting to join our team in a full-time, permanent position.

As the Vice President of Recruiting, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of our company by leading the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates for various positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company

- Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements

- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source and attract candidates

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture

- Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers and assist in the decision-making process

- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates

- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, and other external sources to support recruitment efforts

- Develop and manage the company's employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the construction industry

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruiting strategies

- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems

- SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus
