Product Operations Specialist (Contract)
Role Overview
The Product Operations Specialist is a hands-on execution role supporting Cinch's digital product and go-to-market experiences. This role focuses on day-to-day content execution in HubSpot, including page creation, content updates, publishing, and quality assurance across DTC and partner experiences.
This is a near-shore contract position designed for someone comfortable working directly in tools, following established patterns, and shipping accurate updates at speed.
What You'll Do
- Create, update, and publish pages in HubSpot CMS using existing templates and modules
- Execute content updates in support of product changes, pricing updates, promotions, and experiments
- Maintain product and offer content across DTC and partner digital experiences
- Manage page publishing workflows including drafts, reviews, scheduling, and post-publish validation
- Perform QA checks to ensure content accuracy, functional links, forms, and tracking
- Support A/B and multivariate tests by creating page variants and swapping content
- Ensure consistency with Cinch UX standards, brand guidelines, and accessibility basics
- Keep content organized and maintain operational hygiene within HubSpot
How You'll Work
- Operate from clear briefs, tickets, and spreadsheets
- Partner closely with Product Managers, UX, Marketing, and Growth teams
- Focus on execution and delivery rather than strategy ownership
- Raise risks or inconsistencies early and help resolve them efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience working in HubSpot CMS (not just editing copy)
- Proven ability to create and publish pages end-to-end
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, operational work
- Experience supporting digital product or marketing teams
- Ability to work independently within defined processes
- Near-shore availability aligned to U.S. working hours
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting DTC or multi-channel digital experiences
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS troubleshooting
- Experience supporting CRO or experimentation programs
- Prior contract or agency experience
