POSITION SUMMARY

THE CLIENT MARKETING COORDINATOR IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE DAY-TO-DAY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE FOR THE CLIENT MARKETING DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. DUTIES INCLUDE GENERAL COORDINATION, CLERICAL AND PROJECT-BASED WORK. YOU WILL ALSO BE WORKING WITH OTHERS WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND MAKING A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE INDUSTRY.

* Work with Client Marketing Manager to ensure good organization of files, paperwork, and data entry as well as communication to internal contacts

* Collaborate with the client marketing, marketing strategy, and creative services teams to execute marketing campaigns and tactics.

* Assist with the delivery of tactics on time, on quality and on strategy within assigned area(s)Submit comprehensive, high quality creative requests for projects via a digital workflow tool.

* Work within the marketing project management system to keep work on track and all stakeholders up to date and informed.

* Provide edits to completed designs as needed. Provide copy development support to the creative team for marketing materials.

* Coordinate workflow, review cycles and approvals of marketing materials from multiple internal and external parties.

* Develop and utilize expertise in process, tool and other execution areas related to assigned area(s.)

* Implement and update assigned tactics, including content creation, basic template design/updates, call-to-action, landing page form/development, workflow automation, A/B testing and metrics reporting. Collaborate with creative team as needed.

* Create strong cross-functional relationships with marketing and other peers to foster shared learning and leverage best practices.

* Contribute to a positive, creative, fast-paced, and innovative marketing team environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

* Associate's degree in Marketing

* 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field – Preferred

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

* Must be able to handle a wide variety of work and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Must be detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to raise issues and lead project management of tactical elements of integrated campaigns.

* Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems.

* Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook..
