About Committed Staff

Committed Staff is a fast-growing insurtech/autotech company that delivers an all-in-one eCommerce platform for extended vehicle coverage. We partner with global automotive OEMs — including Ford, Lincoln, and Stellantis — to digitize and scale their warranty and protection product sales through modern cloud infrastructure, AI-powered personalization, and omnichannel marketing. Backed by top-rated insurer QBE, our platform powers the entire customer journey from quoting and payment to claims support.

As we scale our operations and deepen integrations across our tech stack, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer who can own the build, customization, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment to support sales, marketing, and customer success workflows.

Role Overview

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical role that spans Apex development, Lightning Web Components, system integrations, and platform governance. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency across our sales and customer operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Build and maintain components using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Implement and manage declarative solutions such as Flows.
  • Design and support integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including security and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Experience with declarative tools such as Flows.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce integrations (APIs, external systems).
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model.
  • Solid level of English communication.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft, Heroku Connect, or other middleware platforms.
  • Exposure to automotive, insurtech, or eCommerce tech stacks.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices (SOC 2, PCI-DSS).

Tech Environment

Our broader stack includes: Salesforce (CRM / automation layer) · AWS cloud infrastructure · eCommerce platforms · QBE insurer systems · Email/SMS marketing platforms · Analytics and AI personalization tools.

What We Offer

  • 100% remote work — collaborate with a US-based team from Colombia.
  • Exposure to enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations at scale (Ford, Stellantis, Lincoln).
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment with real ownership of technical decisions.
  • Professional development opportunities and support for Salesforce certification.
  • Work at the intersection of automotive, insurtech, and modern eCommerce technology.

How to Apply

Please send your CV and a brief note about your most complex Salesforce development project to [recruiting@ttg.com]. Include your Trailhead profile URL if available. Applications that do not demonstrate hands-on Salesforce development experience will not be considered.
