Social Media Content Strategist (Part time)
The Mission
We are seeking a high-caliber Content Strategist to lead our cross-platform brand presence. We don't need a "poster"; we need an architect. Your mission is to translate the sophisticated world of ForWine into a cohesive, premium digital narrative. You will own the content lifecycle—from conceptualization to scheduling—operating in a highly efficient, weekly "batching" sprint.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Content Batching: Plan, create, and schedule an entire month's worth of cross-platform content (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) on a rolling basis.
- Multi-Format Execution: Produce high-retention Reels/Shorts, polished LinkedIn thought-leadership posts, and engaging IG Stories.
- Narrative Ownership: Maintain a consistent, premium brand voice that balances B2B professionalism with B2C lifestyle appeal.
- Systematized Workflow: Manage the content calendar using automation tools (Metricool, Later, or similar) to ensure 24/7 brand activity with minimal manual intervention.
- Strategic Curation: High-level sourcing of stock assets, AI-assisted visual generation, or curation of user-generated content that aligns with the "Luxury/Wine" aesthetic.
Candidate Requirements (The "Senior" Bar)
- 4+ years in Social Media Management or Content Strategy.
- Bilingual English proficiency. You must be able to write nuanced, witty, and technically accurate copy.
- Proficiency in video editing (CapCut/Adobe Premiere), design (Canva Pro/Figma), and AI-driven workflows (ChatGPT/Midjourney) to maximize output per hour.
- Proven ability to work asynchronously and deliver high-volume, high-quality work within a strict 6–8 hour weekly window.
- You don't just follow instructions; you suggest improvements based on platform trends and brand goals.
