serialization within the NetSuite WMS.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect to own the end-to-end integration between HubSpot, NetSuite, and our proprietary internal systems (PlanetX/NextGen). Your mission is to automate the dealer onboarding journey—from the moment a contract is signed in DocuSign to the final generation of the first invoice in NetSuite. You will also manage the technical health of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure every device is tracked with 100% accuracy throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Onboarding Automation: Build and manage custom HubSpot workflows that

automate the path from dealer agreement execution (DocuSign) to account setup in

PlanetX/NextGen and NetSuite.

Contract Data Extraction: Implement automated data extraction from DocuSign to

populate structured fields (pricing, legal entities, addresses) within our internal Data

Lake, feeding HubSpot, NetSuite, and NextGen.

System Migration: Plan and execute the migration of dealer deployment processes and

reporting from Zoho to HubSpot.

WMS & Inventory Serialization: Maintain and integrate the NetSuite WMS module to

ensure strict serialization and tracking of individual devices.

Cross-Functional Integration: Ensure the WMS and inventory workflows are

seamlessly integrated with Sales-to-Ops handoffs and deployment execution.

Billing Logic: Implement and maintain complex billing logic, specifically focusing on

consignment inventory and recurring revenue models.

Technical Requirements

Systems: 3+ years of NetSuite experience (SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteCloud) and expert-level HubSpot Operations Hub knowledge.

NetSuite WMS: Proven familiarity with the NetSuite WMS module or a high aptitude to master it quickly.

Data & Infrastructure: Familiarity with SQL Server and AWS Data Lake architectures.

Proprietary Tech: Ability to learn and integrate with internal tools like PlanetX/NextGen APIs.

Middleware: Proficiency in Celigo (SmartConnectors), JavaScript/TypeScript, and building custom webhooks.

Business Logic: Strong understanding of consignment inventory billing (multi-currency experience is a minor plus, but not required).
