Client Success Specialist

As a Client Success Specialist, you will work as part of Communication Hut's Client Success team. This role requires a results-focused individual who can liaise with our greater Client Success and technology teams and support Sales teams, to deliver high-quality service to Communication Hut's clients. If you have a passion for delivering measurable results and client success, we want to hear from you. Job Requirements

Directly help with leads of the Senior Client Success Specialists.

• Responsible for communicating with clients about their accounts and offering optimization for metrics from employees/ agents to finalize the paperwork.
• Partner closely with Sales Directors in their region.
• 2+years management experience
• Learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness, your curiosity and passion meant that you can get up to speed and have an impact from day one.
• Relationship management and churn prevention skills, and the drive to engage clients on new products and features.
