Director of Sales

  • Eager to develop sales on the local markets : Dubai, Abu Dhabi
  • Network and database on the Corporate segment 
  • Outgoing person, in close contact with the clients and the guests, in the restaurants, in sales calls
  • Dynamic, sales-oriented profile with an ability to develop the sales : events, corporate business lunches and dinners etc


A portfolio includes of 4 venues in Dubau and Abu Dhabi

Position Overview

  •  The Director of Sales and Marketing plays a critical role in the daily sales initiatives and overarching marketing strategies, aimed at achieving business targets and strengthening brand positioning across our diverse portfolio of restaurants.
  • Reporting to the UAE Area General Manager and collaborating with the Group Chief Marketing Officer based in Paris, the DOSM is the driving force behind the growth and enhancement of customer engagement for all properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies in line with revenue targets.
  • Engage with B2B partners like luxury brands, retailers, large enterprises, and B2C clientele, including VIPs, influencers, and celebrities.
  • Foster relationships with key institutional stakeholders, event agencies, hotel and corporate concierges, and promoters.
  •  Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales and Marketing team towards achieving sales objectives.
  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  •  Monitor sales performance, providing data-driven reports to stakeholders.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows to enhance visibility and promote our offerings.
  • -Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans tailored to strategic targets across various channels while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Drive the brand strategy for Fouquets and Paradiso by participating in global brand meetings and leading local brand initiatives.
  • Manage the PR strategy and coordinate with the PR agency for optimal media presence.
  • Spearhead digital marketing initiatives, including acquisition, media, and social media campaigns. 
  • Maintain a strong relationship with venue owners and collaborate with their sales and marketing teams. 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with culinary and operations teams to create compelling offerings
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, encouraging the Sales and Marketing team's growth 
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on pricing strategies and revenue optimization.
  • Develop crisis management strategies to protect the brand's reputation.
  • Engage with media and influencers for widespread, positive brand coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in all activities.
  • Incorporate sustainability in marketing strategies, reinforcing corporate social responsibility.
  • Partner with local community organizations to boost brand image and reach.
  • Leverage digital platforms and technologies for effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with HR to attract, train, and retain high-performing team members.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and customer preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to optimize the use of CRM and other sales and marketing technologies.
