Lathe Operator (Conventional Machines)

Job Specification:

• Operating conventional lathes (not CNC machines).
• Machining and finishing metals parts according to technical documentation and drawings.
• Setting up machines, selecting tools, and adjusting machine parameters.
• Inspecting and measuring produced parts to ensure required accuracy and quality.
• Performing routine maintenance of machines and tools.
• Cooperating with the production and technical team.

Candidate Requirement:

• Experience in operating conventional lathe.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality control methods.
• Precision, accuracy and responsibility for work results.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to production requirements
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Flexibility to work in different locations and under various working conditions.
• Attention to detail and precision.
  
• Communication skills - ability to communicate and willingness to learn basic Czech work-related language.
• Valid drivers license (Category B)
