Packaging Preparation Operator - Door Frame

Job Specification:

• Picking fittings, seals and packaging materials according to documentation.
• Cleaning the product from dust and quality control ,repairing minor defects.
• Installing the rubber gasket in the grove.
• Installation of fittings according to production documentation.
• packaging of finished products according to the working procedure.
• Brining semi-finished products from the warehouse according to the production documentation.
  
• Preparing the assembly of machining on the machine.
• Inserting linings into the grooves, gluing with hot melt glue and fixing them with a staple gun.
• Cutting components on a Mitter saw according to the dimensions from the documentation.
• Checking the door, dimensions and decors of the manufactured frames.
• Orientation in the warehouse using a mobile terminal and material records.
• Lifting heavy loads.
• Working with a heat source (hot melt glue gun).
• Work on a Mitter saw.
• Work with a staple pneumatic gun.
• Performs other tasks according to the supervisors instructions, possible assistance in another department

Candidate Requirement:

• request: min 2-4 years experience working in production / packaging line.
• Men
• Age: 25-43 years old
• Excellent knowledge in English communication
• manual dexterity, independence, performance, quality, timing, team spirit.
• Sense of quality and care.
• Fine motor skills (assembly of small screws).
• Ability to memorize work procedures.
• Reading technical documentation and basic mathematical knowledge.
• Good health / medically  fit (handling loads up to 18kg up to 3700kg per shift in total).
• Willing to learn Czech language
