CNC Operator

Job Specification:

• Biesse Rover B 1667, Biesse Rover A 1659 (5 axis)
• Manual loading of the door into the machine from the pallet, selection of the program, or modification of the program according to the specification. Unloading from the machine onto the pallet.
• Working near rotating components (risk of snuff).
• Performs other tasks according to the supervisors instructions, possible assistance in another department.

Candidate Requirements:

• request: min 2-4 years experience working in production / experience of operating a CNC woodworking machine 
• men
• age: 25-43 years old
• excellent knowledge of English language.
• Manual dexterity, independence, performance, quality, timing, team spirit.
• Ability to quickly learn how to use software.
• Advantage - experience with controlling Biesse machines with bSolid software.
• A sense of quality and care.
• Ability to memorize workflows.
• Ability to work in two-shift operation
• Ability to understand the basic machine setup and logical reasoning.
• The ability to work in a team and independently. Physical fitness-handling loads with a hand manipulator.
• Sense of quality and care.
• Ability to memorize work procedures.
• Reading technical documentation and basic mathematical knowledge.
• Good health/medically fit.
• Willing to learn Czech language.
