Operator (packaging, filling and labeling machines)

• Job specification
• Preparing the machine before the shift (weighing raw materials and auxiliary materials)
• Setting up production equipment using the control system of weights scales
• working with vertical step packaging equipment
• Supervision of the smooth operation of the equipment
• Quick resolution of minor malfunctions and operational complications
• Regular inspection of the technical condition of production lines
• Maintenance of order and cleanliness - this is a food operation, great emphasis is placed on cleanliness
• Daily maintenance of the machine
• metal detector check
• Working with scanner
• checking of measuring scales 
• Other ocasional help on other department up to deal with supervisor

Candidate Requirement

• Men: 25 – 40 age

• min. 4 years experience in warehouse, or food production
• excellent knowledge of English language
• Technical thinking, diligence
• Ability to work in a team, proactive approach and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of working on a PC
• Independence, performance, quality, timing, team spirit
• Good health / medicaly fit – non alergy
• Willing to learn Czech language
• Forklift driving experience needed
• Stationary single/double girder gantry crane or overhead crane experience
