Job specification

This entry-level position involves working under the supervision of a senior electrician, following technical instructions, and ensuring tasks are completed safely and accurately.

  • Install and route electrical wiring and cables throughout rail vehicles according to provided plans and instructions.
  • Assist in the assembly and connection of electrical components under supervision.
  • Comply with regulations and safety.
  • Use basic hand tools and equipment for wiring and installation tasks.
  • Report progress and any issues to senior electromechanic or team leader. 
  • Support the team in preparing materials and components for installation.

Candidate Requirement

  • Ability to follow instructions and technical drawings accurately.
  • Full understanding of electrical wiring principles and diagrams.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness for handling cables and working in rail vehicles.
  • Reliability, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and comply with safety standards.

Educational Requirement

  • Education:
    • Completed electrical engineering high school.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience is not required, but basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools is an advantage.
    • Willingness to learn and work under supervision in a technical environment.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to pass the exam fro Czech Electrical safety law (in English language) or Certificate from this exam.
  • Ability to follow instructions and technical drawings.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring principles.
  • Team-oriented and reliable.
