Machine Operator IV

Job specification

• Set up, adjust, and calibrate press brake machines for bending sheet metal.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, bending programs, and specifications.
• Optimize machine settings to achieve precise angles and high-quality bends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or programming issues.
• Coordinate with operators to ensure smooth workflow and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain machine documentation and monitor production quality.
• Training will be provided on TRUMPF machines, including TruBend and TruBendCell robotic bending systems.

Candidate Requirement

• Age: maximum 40
• Proven experience as a press brake operator / setter.
• Knowledge of sheet metal bending processes and tooling.
• Ability to read and work with technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Focus on quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new machines and processes.
