TIG Welders (Process 141, Stainless Steel):

• certification is not required if the candidate demonstrates sufficient practical ability.

Technical Requirements:

• Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings is mandatory. Candidates must be able to:

Set up welding machines according to WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), including adjusting current, voltage, wire feed speed, and shielding gas parameters.
Check and verify the filler materials, including proper markings and wire diameters.
Verify base materials to ensure they match the bill of materials and WPS specifications.
Ensure correct shielding gas is used and that gas flow is within the specified WPS tolerances.
Maintain interpass temperatures as per WPS requirements.
Work in the appropriate welding positions as specified in the WPS and in accordance with the welder's qualification.

• Familiarity with relevant welding standards and the ability to work according to specifications and WPS documentation.
• Proven hands-on experience in the welding field ideally supported by a portfolio or photo documentation of previous work.
• Communicative knowledge of English to understand technical instructions, drawings, and work procedures.
