Job specification:

  • Welcome and seat guests according to current available capacity with regard to reservations
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and coffee drinks with emphasis on following the correct procedure and recipe
  • Serve and arrange drinks, pay attention to aesthetic appearance
  • In the absence of the bartender, ensure the closure of the bar with emphasis on following the work procedure
  • Ensure the setting of tables and clearing away used dishes
  • Provide qualified information about the offered range of food and drinks, recommend suitable combinations,
  • Accept orders and process them through the cash register program
  • Ensure and perform serving and service with regard to maximum guest comfort
  • Ensure correct charging of prices according to the valid price lists of the operation via the cash register with the issuance of a document
  • Actively take an interest in feedback from guests during service and inform the direct superior about (dis)satisfaction or special requests of guests
  • Inform the immediate superior about the need to supply raw materials and supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the center
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of events
  • Participate in center meetings and trainings
  • Check the cleanliness of the operating premises during operation
  • Solve tasks from a superior
  • Occasional help according to the supervisor's instructions

Candidates requirements:

  • Women 20-40 years old
  • Request: minimum 3 years experiences from hotels, cruise ship, restaurats, etc
  • Work on breakfast, lunches and dinner meals
  • Perfect English language
  • Communicative, responsible, careful, courteous type
  • Representative look
  • Good health and physical condition
  • diligence, willingness to learn new things and Czech language
