Preparation of Work Activities:

Starting the workday with an organizational meeting where daily tasks, project schedules, and safety instructions are presented.

Performing inspections and preparation of work tools, particularly battery-operated tools (e.g., drills, angle grinders, cutting wheels) and relevant accessories.

Transport to the Workplace:

Business trips to construction sites primarily within the Czech Republic, with occasional foreign assignments.

Adherence to specified routes and timelines according to the companys internal regulations.

Implementation of Assembly and Disassembly Tasks:

Carrying out assembly and disassembly of steel structures and storage systems according to supervisor instructions.

Ensuring precise and safe installation of structural components, including the handling of heavy materials (occasional use of pallet jacks, small pulley cranes) and their subsequent fastening.

Using hand tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, standard wrenches, hammers) and battery-powered tools (drills, cutters, angle grinders) to meet quality standards on time.

Occasionally performing arc welding using MIG/MAG methods in compliance with applicable safety standards.

Working at heights of up to 20 meters, strictly observing prescribed safety rules.

Coordination and Collaboration:

Close cooperation with other team members (e.g., crane operators, welders, technical supervisors) to ensure smooth project execution.

Immediate reporting of any technical defects or deviations from standard procedures and coordinating repairs with supervisors.

Physical Fitness: Healthy, physically capable male, up to 35 years old, accustomed to physical workloads and manual tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, and movement.

Work Experience: Proven experience in assembly work or a related field. Skilled in operating battery-powered tools (drills, angle grinders, cutting wheels) at a professional level. Familiar with using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, power drivers, and hammers. Understands the classification of dimensions and types of fasteners such as bolts, nuts, rivets, etc.

Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in using tools, including precise handling during assembly. Advanced knowledge of MIG/MAG arc welding is not strictly required; however, the candidate should know how to perform basic machine settings and simple welding when necessary, without high demands on weld aesthetics.

Personal Attributes: Highly industrious, meticulous, and reliable, with demonstrable ability to handle unexpected situations. Willing to work overtime and adaptable. For example, if a tool fails, the candidate should promptly inform the technical supervisor and follow safety procedures to maintain workflow continuity.

Crisis Management: Ability to remain calm and systematically resolve problems. In the event of equipment failure or sudden changes in working conditions, the candidate must reassess the situation immediately and communicate with the team in a timely manner to prevent any compromise of workplace safety.

Driving License Category B: A valid Philippine drivers license is sufficient; an International Driving Permit (IDP) is not required.
