Construction Worker - road maintenance and repairs

Job specification and requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction and repair of interlocking paving
• Repairing road hollows and potholes
• Operating pneumatic compactors and vibrating rollers
• Performing basic masonry work
• Conducting minor construction and maintenance work on company buildings
• Assisting with simple workshop tasks

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, specifically road maintenance
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and a passion for the job
• Drivers license for a passenger vehicle
• Welding experience (GMAW MIG/MAG 131/135) - advantage
