Job specification:

Cook in the traditional Czech hotel restaurant Czech food cooking mostly + European, Asian, Arabic, Japanees (sushi), Korean or Mediterranean cuisine.

Examples of meals: Cooking soups (Wallachian sourdough from smoked ribs with cream, Chicken broth, meat-liver dumplings, noodles, vegetables, tender duck liver pate with almonds, glazed onion wine, bread, Beetroot tartare with freshly ground pepper and sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, wine reduction, bread chips), main dishes (Roast duck leg, red cabbage, potato dumplings, Smoked pork rib, onion chutney, lamb horn, freshly baked bread with garlic and butter, Traditional beef sirloin with dumplings, Creamy dumplings with bryndza and fried bacon, Fermented dumplings with blueberry raqu, cream, butter and sugar) + meals for kids (Crispy chicken filet, baked potatoes, ketchup..)

Candidates requirements

  • Men 28-45 years old
  • Request: minimum 5 years experiences from hotels, cruise ship or another huge restaurants
  • Work on breakfast, lunches and dinner meals
  • Prepare menu or buffet
  • Knowledge about using modern equipments in kitchen
  • independence, diligence, willingness to learn new things and Czech language
