Job specification

The operation of machines and machinery in stone production ensures the operation and maintenance of machines and machinery in stone production.

  • Operation and maintenance of machines and machinery for stone processing such as saws, grinding, polishing and cutting machines and lines, lathes and stone drills and compressors.
  • Operation and maintenance of machines and machinery for handling raw materials, semi-finished products and products, lifting equipment, equipment for surface treatment by blasting and flame, and equipment for water jet cutting.

  • Installation and fitting of finished stone products (walls, tiles, stairs, countertops, etc.)
  • Preparing the site and handling stone components safely
  • Aligning, leveling, and securing the stone pieces in place
  • Applying sealants and completing final surface adjustments
  • Working with various masonry and stonemasonry hand and power tools
  • Manual processing of stone - shaping and polishing of monuments
  • occasional assistance in another department according to the instructions of the superior

Candidate Requirement

  • min. 4 years experience working with a stone of different densities and strengths
  • men
  • Age: 25-40 years old
  • excellent knowledge of English language
  • Independence, performance, quality, timing, team spirit
  • Good health / medicaly fit
  • Willing to learn Czech language
  • Driving license for 4 wheels vehicle with international driving license – big advantage
  • Forklift driving experience needed
  • Know how to operate overhead crane, lever crane in production
  • Drawings reading knowledge
  • Experience work with all needed tools and equipments for stones, marble, garnite, etc.
