Job Specification

• Filling molds with molten metal with an emphasis on safety and quality.
• Manual or machine casting according to order specifications.
• Melting metal materials according to technological procedures.
• Setting and monitoring melting parameters.
• Manufactures and prepare foundry mold and cores for casting, operates equipment for their production and ensures their accuracy for quality castings.
  
• Prepares disposable sand molds, pour molten metal gravity into molds and then removes the sand after solidification.
• Focuses on manual or mechanical compaction of sand and inspection of gating systems.

Candidate Requirement:

• At least 3 years of experience in the field.
• Welding experience.
• Experience working in an industrial environment and handling heavy materials.
• Good physical condition and resistance to high temperatures and noisy environments.
• Ability to handle heavier objects.
• Responsibility and focus on adhering to safety regulations.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently  as well in a team.
• Experience with Forklift Operation.
• Crane Operator ,experience with electric grinder.
• Experience in identification and evaluation of casting defects (e.g. misrules, cold shuts, porosity).
