Job specification

Teamleader for interior repairs. Works on interiors and leads a team of mechanics-interiors.

• Supervises junior colleagues and guides them during their work.
• Prepare materials to carry out the work.
• Perform complex installation and refurbishment tasks
• Communicate with management
• Keep daily records of work performed

Candidate Requirement

• Strong technical background in rail vehicle interior systems
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Physical fitness and hands-on approach
• Willingness to work in shifts if required

Educational Requirement

• Education: Technical or vocational training in mechanics, carpentry, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years in rail vehicle interior repair or similar industry
