Machine Opeator III / Lathe Operator

Job specification

Independent operation and set up of CNC lathes (Fanuc control system). Production of single – item and small- batch parts according to technical documentation. Editing and correction of CNC programs directly on the machine (Fanuc). Tooling set up, offsets, and adjustment of technological parameters. Continous quality control including documentation (measuring adhering to tolerances). Performing basic machine maintenance.

Candidate Requirement

• Age: 25-40
• Vocational training in the field: advantage
• Provedn experience to the job: required
• Experience with single tem or small batch production (key)
• Practical knowledge of the Fanuc control systém.
• Experience with independent machine setup.
• Excellent health condition
• Responsible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently based on drawing documentation.
