  • Independent preparation of cold and hot dishes
  • Be responsible for management, administration and quality within his assigned section
  • Ensure the specified service and standard in the preparation of meals
  • Ensure that all meals are prepared consistently and according to valid recipes
  • Ensure and carry out the preparation of meals during breakfast, lunch, dinner and social events of various kinds in all areas
  • Work in any section of the kitchen
  • Provide qualified information on the offered assortment of meals and drinks
  • Recommend combinations of meals
  • Ensure and carry out the necessary preparatory work before the opening and after the closing of the center
  • Inform his direct superior about the need to deliver raw materials and supplies of goods, inventory to ensure the smooth operation of the center
  • Check the condition and functionality of the devices at the center, report any malfunctions to the superior
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all devices, equipment and operating areas at the center
  • Participate in inventories and inventorying of the center
  • Monitor the warranty periods of raw materials and supplies at the resort
  • Report all deficiencies at the resort to your immediate superior
  • Submit suggestions for improving the work at the resort to the satisfaction of guests
  • Be responsible for the quality and content of the goods received in accordance with the documentation
  • Cooperate in creating menus, offers and promotions
  • Caterings 10-15 times per year in Czech republics weddings, company teambuildings, celebrations,
  • Solve tasks from a chief / manager

Candidate Requirement

Request: min. 4 years experiences with modern kitchen

  • Mens
  • Age: 25-42 years old
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Independence, performance, quality, timing, team spirit
  • Non smokers
  • Doing Active sport - advantage
  • Good health / medicaly fit
  • Willing to learn Czech language
  • Experience with asian cuisine or international cuisine is an advantage 
  • Experience with modern gastronomy with all tools and equipments in the kitchen
  • Positive attitude and joy at work + loyality

Educational Requirement

TESDA certificate advantage
