Job specifications

  • Helping to serve guests in the hotel restaurant, café and at breakfast
  • Preparing tables before service (setting tables, replenishing inventory)
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables after guests
  • Restocking buffet tables during breakfast and events
  • Helping to serve food and drinks according to the head waiter's instructions
  • Taking used dishes to the dishwashing area
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and back-of-house areas
  • Helping to prepare and implement social events
  • Handling inventory (cutlery, glasses, china)
  • Basic communication with guests (greeting, guiding, providing information)
  • Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP, OSH)
  • Cooperation with colleagues within the F&B department
  • Following the instructions of the supervisor and participating in training occasional help in the kitchen and cleaning in the kitchenall according to the instructions from the supervisor


Candidates requierments

  • Men:
  • 22 – 40 years old
  • min. 4 years of experiences as hotel (4-5*) or restaurant kitchen and maitenance assistance
  • excellent knowledge of English language
  • Independence, performance, quality, timing, team spirit
  • Non smoker
  • Good health / medicaly fit
  • Willing to learn Slovak language
  • desire to work and learn new things
