Production operator - die-cutting machine

Job specification

• Marathon line: machine conversion, production on the machine, mold replacement, bottom ejection, top ejection, front loader, unloader, simple replacement of knives on the molds in case of a problem.
• Operating parts such as the lower/upper hatch, preloader, unloader.
• Simple replacement of knives on molds in case of malfunction.
• Other occasional help on another department after deal with supervisor

Candidate Requirement

• Men
• 25 – 40 year old
• Independent adjustment and operation of the machine, changing molds.
• Basic maintenance and cleanliness of the machine
• Practice with solving common technical problems during production.
• Basics of working with a PC - common user level.
• Experience in solving common production problems.
• Ability to act independently and make decisions.
• Emphasis on the quality of the output while maintaining production speeds (meeting standards).
• Independence, consistency and a responsible approach to production.
• Good health condition
• Quick adaptation in the workplace.
