Wrapping Line Operator

Job Description:

• Visual inspection of surface quality and gluing of parts.
• Handling of DTD blanks (12 mm, width 56mm, length 2200-2800 mm). Placing parts on a pallet (4-10 pieces depending on the type of product).
• Cooperation in line adjustment.
• Transport of  finished products to the warehouse and their registration using a handheld terminal.
• Bringing semi-finished products from the warehouse using a manual or electric trolley.
• Loading material into the packaging line hopper.
• Refilling hot melt glue into the hopper and minor adjustments to the line.
• Assistance in rebuilding the line and preparing the film for wrapping.
• Working near rotating components (risk of snuff).
• Performs other tasks according to the supervisor's instructions, possible assistance in another department.

Candidate Requirement:

• request: min 2-4 years experience working in production / packing line
• men
• age: 25-43 years old
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• manual dexterity, independence, performance, quality, timing, team spirit
• Sense of quality and care
• Fine motor skills (assembly and small screws).
• Ability to memorize work procedures.
• Reading technical documentation and basic mathematical knowledge
• Good health / medically fit (handling loads up to 18kg - 3700kg per shift in total).
• Willing to learn Czech language
