Job specifications

  • Washing dishes, kitchen inventory and catering equipment
  • Operating the dishwasher and hand washing as needed
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen and utility areas
  • Cleaning and disinfecting work surfaces, equipment and floors in the kitchen
  • Assisting in meal preparation (cleaning, cutting and processing vegetables and raw materials)
  • Preparing raw materials according to chefs' instructions
  • Taking out waste and sorting waste according to internal rules
  • Helping in the preparation and implementation of social events, banquets and events (moving tables, chairs and conference equipment)
  • Moving and preparing kitchen and service equipment for events
  • Cooperation with cooking and service staff
  • Following the instructions of the supervisor and participating in training
  • occasional help in other department after deal with supervisor

Candidates requierments

  • Men:
  • 22 – 40 years old
  • min. 4 years of experiences as hotel (4-5*) or restaurant kitchen and maitenance assistance
  • excellent knowledge of English language
  • Independence, performance, quality, timing, team spirit
  • Non smoker
  • Good health / medicaly fit
  • Willing to learn Slovak language
  • desire to work and learn new things
