About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable HR Administrator to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations across the organisation. Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage HR administrative activities, including preparation of employment letters, contracts, and employee records.
- Support payroll processes through accurate and timely data coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in employee relations and labour matters, including documentation for PIP, domestic inquiry, and related HR processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees by handling HR enquiries via ticketing systems in a timely, professional, and service-oriented manner.
- Support Talent Acquisition operations, ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment activities and a consistent, positive candidate experience.
- Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, from screening and shortlisting to interview coordination and offer administration.
- Contribute to TA projects and initiatives, including training programmes and campus recruitment, supporting our continuous pipeline of talent.
Job Requirements (What We're Looking For)
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or shared services environment is an advantage; candidates with strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
- Practical experience in payroll processing, with understanding of payroll cycles, statutory contributions, and data accuracy requirements.
- Working knowledge of Malaysia labour law and employment practices, with ability to support compliant HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and ability to build effective working relationships.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Flexible and resilient, with willingness to support across end-to-end HR matters and provide operational coverage during peak or holiday periods.
- Chinese language preferable
