MY - Onsite Engineer

Job Description: 

• Perform routine technical requests either remotely or at customer site to meet business and customer requirements.

• Document s and reports on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.
• Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.
• Provide basic customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience
• Contributes to identifying own development needs
• Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation
• Ensure Department /Contract meets SLA performance targets
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
• Understand and adhere to policies and procedures

Job requirements:

• Min 2 years working experience as Onsite Engineer
• Experience in troubleshoot desktop, laptop and printer
• Candidate with shift work experience will be added advantage.
• Works under close supervision. Uses little discretion.
• Able to follow routine instructions and procedures
• Uses basic information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role
• Demonstrates basic customer service
• Good interpersonal skills, basic literacy and numeracy skills

Work Location: Centrepoint North, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur
Shift Hour: 8am - 6pm; 4pm - 12am (Mon - Fri)
