Job Description

We are seeking for competent candidates for a 4-month project in Sydney to support Mobility Provisioning task accountability as listed below:

Quarterly Audit

  • Perform quarterly pre-audits and locate the missing assets as required

Asset Collection of terminated users

  • Take ownership of the asset collection cases and work with the managers to get the terminated users' assets back

Receiving Returned Assets

  • Closing the transactions of the returned assets and keeping them on the dedicated spots (e.g., EOL pile, Faulty pile, etc.)

Asset Disposals

  • Working with Mobility and the disposal vendor to dispose of end-of-life assets

Troubleshooting Devices

  • Minor vendor/carrier management
  • Repair facilitation
  • Data remediation
  • Device repair:
  • Contact Apple for ACE Warranty
  • iPhone swaps with IBM
  • Inventory broken intake and outtake, send list to mobile admin
  • Service troubleshooting (carrier contact may be required):
  • SIM card swaps
  • Reporting service issues to the carrier
  • Mobile Escalations from Techforce
  • Provision international features
  • Attend bi-monthly mobile POC sync meeting / Required stand up daily / weekly whatever applicable

Deployments

Phone:

  • Assign and update Tech Asset
  • Update mobile contact record
  • Deploy mobile devices
  • Day 1 Deployments
  • Provide Device Upgrade Survey to end users - Missed upgrade cases
  • Support Special Project related requirements
  • Support Shipping outward and Inward wherever applicable
  • Deploy Monthly Mobile Upgrades & work on Old Device returns
  • TImely Case closures and Mobility Queue Management
  • Mobile Activation Unlock
  • Loaner for traveling to HRC Countries - Mobiles

MiFi:

  • Verify cost center is participating in the MiFi program
  • Update (Mifi) phone number in mobile contact record
  • Device activation

Inventory

  • Record new incoming phones for tech assets
  • Record incoming and outgoing warranty replacement
  • Weekly inventory of new and break fix devices
  • Quarterly Audit
  • Asset Tagging (where applicable)
  • Disposals

Work hours

  • Core service hours: 09AM to 06PM local time zone, Monday to Friday
