About the Role:
As an Operations Manager at TSC, you will be a key leader in driving operational excellence across our production processes. You will oversee a growing team and ensure the efficient execution of client projects with a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and innovation. This role requires a hands-on, tech-savvy leader who is passionate about people development, continuous improvement, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
- Oversee project execution and act as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality control processes to uphold high standards of accuracy and consistency.
- Support and guide team members in their roles, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance managementincluding leadership in hiring, training, and terminations when necessary.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze performance trends, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Support customer billing and production tracking by maintaining precise records and documentation.
- Step in and assist across various production tasks and job roles as needed to maintain workflow and client satisfaction.
- Learn and work proficiently within our custom-built software and operate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and implement tools that optimize operations and elevate service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in operations, preferably managing teams of 10 or more.
- Strong communication skillsverbal, written, and interpersonalwith a professional demeanor.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with software installation and general IT troubleshooting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Occasionally: Extended hours, physical activity including lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Frequently: Engage in process documentation, training updates, and operational reviews.
- Constantly: Manage priorities, adapt to shifting deadlines, and maintain workflow continuity.
