Position Summary
The Administrative & Digital Assistant plays a key role in supporting the organization's branding, digital presence, and day-to-day administrative operations. This fully remote position begins at 15 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting mission-driven initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Support business operations, branding initiatives, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
- Research nonprofit laws and filing requirements, providing administrative assistance related to compliance and documentation.
- Assist in organizing, preparing, and submitting nonprofit registration materials for the state of Michigan, in collaboration with the CEO and legal representatives.
- Provide logistical support for fundraising efforts and investor communications.
- Help prepare documents, proposals, and grant-related materials, with the understanding that grant writing support may be collaborative or shared.
Digital & Website Coordination
- Offer light website support (e.g., updates, content uploads) and assist with domain or platform transitions.
- Coordinate with external web developers or vendors for more technical needs.

Maintain organized documentation of digital assets and credentials.
Social Media Management
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and organizational goals.
- Monitor activity, respond to inquiries, and track engagement metrics to support growth.
Preferred Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with nonprofit administration or interest in learning compliance processes.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools).
- Comfort using website platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix (not required to be a developer).
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
