Our client is seeking a Labor & Delivery/OB Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to patients throughout labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. This role supports a family‑centered environment, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and ensures safe, high‑quality care for mothers and infants.

Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance

Work Schedule: 12‑Hour Shifts | Varied

Sign‑on/Commitment Bonus: $15,000 (2‑year commitment)

Responsibilities:

  • Complete quality‑improvement assessments in a timely manner.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify care needs.
  • Provide care that reflects developmental and age‑specific considerations.
  • Develop, update, and maintain individualized Interdisciplinary Care Plans.
  • Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions based on patient condition.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and medical necessities accurately and promptly.
  • Support patients and families through labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, midwives, pediatric providers, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Recent RN experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Current RN license (state or compact) 
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
  • Excellent communication and patient‑education abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high‑acuity situations.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical technology.
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and compassionate service.
  • Ability to obtain the following within six (6) months of hire: Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Preferred Skills:

  • One (1) year of Medical/Surgical or Critical Care nursing experience.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience.
